Join us for a 50 minute Gentle Mat Pilates class in support of Mental Health Awareness Month, an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and take time for yourself.

This beginner friendly session is designed to promote relaxation, improve flexibility, and gently build core strength in a calm and supportive environment. You will be guided through slow, mindful movements with a focus on breath awareness, alignment, and control.

Modifications will be offered throughout to ensure the class is accessible to all levels, including beginners or anyone looking for a softer, more restorative approach to movement.

Expect to leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and more connected both physically and mentally. A regular mat class pass can be used to attend.

Please note a 12 hour cancellation policy applies. Waitlist is available.
