Please be advised cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before a scheduled class via your reservation confirmation email for GROUP MAT & 24 hours for all other classes (including but not limited to Reformer & Mat Combo, Privates, Duets, Beginner Reformer) (Pop ups cannot be canceled once booked) using the My Reservations section of your account or by contacting the studio directly.
Cancellations made 12 hours or less for group mat/24 or less for all other classes (pop ups cannot be canceled once booked) before the start of class will be subject to a late cancel charge of the class pass used to reserve the class and you will forfeit that class in your Punchpass account.
Grip socks are required for all reformer classes- they are sold in studio
The Pilates Room reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class at any time.
The Pilates Room reserves the right to add any substitute at any time for any class.
